There are 5 phases to the Healed Healer System™. Each phase of the system supports you in embodying one of five essential healer archetypes and in getting the healing and experience necessary in that realm of practice.
Let’s take a quick look at each phase and what you can expect to embody through your work in it.
Phase 1: The Embodied Healer
The Embodied Healer walks their talk. They are on a permanent, evolving, ever adapting personal healing path. They look with gratitude at how far they’ve come and look forward with trust, knowing that healing is a journey. And with this personal experience, they radiate an authenticity that makes them a truly magnetic healer.
The Embodied Healer is all about activating your healer’s path through self healing and then putting yourself into vibrational alignment with the healing practice you want by continually developing and deepening your self healing practice.
Phase 2: The Applied Healer
The Applied Healer has put their practice into action. They’re actively being of service, they’re exuding the type of expertise that only comes from experience, they’re feeling confident, and they’re fulfilling their purpose.
That’s because the Applied Healer is all about putting the amazing, powerful skills you’re learning into masterful practice. That includes when it comes time to teach Reiki, too!
Like Phase 1, this phase is also going to put you into vibrational alignment with the healing practice you want. But it’s going to do that by getting you to fully put on the “energetic uniform” of the healer you want to be through guided action, i.e., practice, practice, practice!
Phase 3: The Wholistic Healer
The Wholistic Healer is gently, lovingly, and gracefully committed to excavating their life. They’re willing to look at patterns of both behaviors and results in their life and take responsibility for them. They do this by healing and releasing trauma, blocks, and dysfunctional patterns that don’t serve them.
They honor the strength this path takes, and know it’s not for everyone as they release judgment around others who aren’t doing the work, too. ❤️ They feel joy and peace in knowing they’re not just changing the trajectory of their own life, but they’re also ending generational trauma, honing valuable skills that make them an incredible healer, and raising the vibration of the entire planet.
The Wholistic Healer paves a path to deep, intentional healing. This phase is a massive catalyst for change. Some quietly internal, some outwardly life changing. And as you master your own deep healing, you become a skilled and valuable guide for helping your clients experience the same types of transformations.
Phase 4: The Sacred Healer
The Sacred Healer has a first hand and intimate experience of universal life force energy. They live from a place of connection, tapped into their intuition, and able to act from a place of inspiration. They’re equipped to serve as a source of spiritual wisdom and peace in their community. They feel trust in both Spirit and themselves, and they move through life equally ready to handle whatever may come and create what they desire.
The Sacred Healer is all about deepening your relationship with Reiki and your spiritual practice. This not only benefits you, but your clients, family, friends, community, and the world, helping you fulfill your sacred mission on earth for the highest and greatest good of all.
Phase 5: The Eternal Healer
The Eternal Healer is connected. To everything. They may have had one – or many – satori experiences, where they’ve glimpsed enlightenment. They’re spending more and more time connected to their True Self. And with that comes an understanding of the True nature of reality and the interconnectedness of all that is. More and more, their daily life is being permeated by a sense of wholeness and peace that leaves them feeling safe, strong, and compassionate.
That’s because the Eternal Healer is all about knowing that being a healer is a divine mission on earth. And fulfilling that mission is going to be a lot easier when you feel oneness with all that is and the natural calm and loving kindness that arises from that state. It makes being of service effortless and natural. While also acting as a beacon for the very souls you’re here to serve!

Being a Hodgepodge Healer
A Hodgepodge Healer is someone who’s read a lot of healing books, maybe has even taken some smaller classes, or has some natural healing talent. But they’re struggling to put everything together into a cohesive healing system that gets results – both for their clients and themselves.
The mistake is in staying here.

Being a Hasty Healer
Back in Usui Sensei’s, Hayashi Sensei’s, and Takata Sensei’s (3 of the founders of Reiki) era, students worked with these masters over months and even years of time honing their healing skills.
But now we expect to go to a weekend class or download a quickie Reiki course off the internet and be certified in Reiki in 48 hours.
Becoming a healing practitioner is just one of those things that is better and actually saves you time in the long run when you take your time with it.
More experience and support now = Less struggle and wasted time later.

Catching Perfection Paralysis
Perfection paralysis will keep you stuck forever being a non-healer if you let it. The reality is, our mind may never feel prepared to heal others. Because we tend to think that we need to be further along than our clients in such massive ways. So it will never feel safe for us to put ourselves out there.
TRUTH: You only need to know 10% more than your client or student to actually be helpful to them. You do NOT need to be perfectly healed or be an absolute expert to be an incredible healing practitioner.
The antidote to perfection paralysis?
1) Walking your talk. It’s your insurance policy that you’re at the perfect place for you on your healing path and ready to hold the space for others.
2)Practice, practice, practice! Nothing makes you feel prepared faster to give Reiki than just doing it.

Putting Your Soul's Calling on Standby
So many would-be healers, who when asked about getting the training they need to both heal themselves AND pursue their calling, say,
“Well, I want to…but now’s just not the time.”
But ignoring or delaying answering your calling tends to create…challenges.
It can, of course, be things as severe as my disabling or chronic illness. But it’s more commonly things as stressful as not feeling meaning in life, struggling to pay the bills, and feeling a sense of urgency, like there’s something you’re missing and there’s an alarm going off inside of you (I call it the Universe’s alarm clock⏰).
So if you have the opportunity to skip or stop making this mistake, please do! Only good things are waiting on the other side of that choice to get the training you need to answer your calling and heal yourself in the process.

Locking Yourself in Healing Path Purgatory
The reality is: If you want to be a healer, it’s meant for you.
As a sensitive, light-worker kinda bunch, we tend to put being a healing pro up on a pedestal as something really special that is only for a select few who are blessed to have the resources or natural talent to succeed.
And if you’ve gotten that call, it’s your job to answer it. In fact, you may have even entered a soul contract to be a healer before you came into this life.

What is Reiki?
- Reiki is pronounced ray-key.
- Reiki is a healing method that can be used both in-person, with the practitioner’s hands laid on the body, and via distance.
- It brings stress-relief and relaxation and also encourages healing.
Where did it come from?
- The Reiki system of healing was developed in Japan in the early 1900s by a man named Mikao Usui.
- The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words that can be translated as “spiritually guided life force energy.”
What does Reiki mean?
- Rei refers to Universal wisdom, meaning that it comes from the Divine or the higher self.
- Ki is the non-physical energy that gives life to all living things.
- That means that Reiki is life force energy that is guided by Divine wisdom so that it always goes where it’s needed and is always for the highest good of the recipient!
- Ki is also known as Chi, Prana, and the Holy Spirit.
- Many cultures understand and recognize the importance of Ki energy and how it impacts our lives and well-being.
- We are actually able to see this energy by using Kirlian photography!
What does Reiki do?
- Reiki is a holistic practice. That means it works on the body, mind, and spirit and it stimulates a person’s own natural healing abilities.
- It helps to release and remove physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual blocks that restrict or stop the flow of Ki. If these blocks are left untreated, they can lead to illness and dis-ease.
- But by using Reiki, the mind, body, and spirit come back into balance, and therefore, self-healing occurs.
- In this process, harmful blocks are often released, once again restoring a healthy flow of Ki though all of the layers of being.
- It can also help prevent future creation of illness and dis-ease by keeping the Ki flowing clear and strong.

- While many cultures have developed techniques and disciplines that stimulate the flow of Ki energy in and around the body, Reiki is one of the easiest to receive.

What Makes this Reiki Course Different From the Rest?
When it comes to Reiki, there are so many choices nowadays on how you can pursue your training! It’s just wonderful!! (This is coming from someone who learned Reiki in the ’90s when there were not so many choices. So I think it’s great!)

Why a Distance Reiki Course?
Sometimes you’ll come across people in the Reiki community who feel a hesitation around distance or online Reiki training.
Now, in regards to certain Reiki classes, these hesitations are indeed valid…
That’s because when someone is just collecting money, emailing a brief, poorly written “course manual,” and then sending a Chi ball attunement (to be received by the student whenever), it really does warrant concern around the quality of the training and makes you question whether this practitioner will be qualified to work with clients, let alone teach students of their own.
But when done right, distance Reiki training is actually equal, and can be superior, to in-person Reiki training.
And it’s not just Reiki training that is preferable when taken at a distance, it’s a trend in education of all sorts. In fact, the National Center for Education Statistics reports that a third of college students are now taking online courses.¹

You’ll begin your Reiki Master training by becoming certified in Reiki Levels I and II. This will make you a Certified Reiki Practitioner. Inside Reiki Level II

There is so much information in this course and it is so well organized! I am not someone who learns things in a day or two of live training, as I need plenty of time to let the information integrate. I like that these trainings are self-paced so that each learner can pick and choose how much time is spent on each lesson. You will receive one Reiki attunement each for:

During these courses, attunements appointments are offered on a group basis – just like with an in-person Reiki class. These attunement sessions are available three times per month, in a variety of time slots to accommodate students in multiple time zones.
You’ll be able to schedule your first Reiki attunement after the release of Reiki Level I, Module 2.
At that point, you’ll find a link in the course membership area through which you can schedule your attunement. And of course, you’ll receive thorough instructions on how to prepare for and what to expect from your attunement during the Reiki Level I course.
When I share Reiki attunements with my students, I take the time to prepare for them just as I would before an in-person Reiki attunement. I prepare my space and myself, and I encourage my students to do the same. You’ll also receive a guided meditation with lovely music to listen to during your attunement.
When the time to share the attunement with you comes, I’ll use a surrogate, or stand-in, to represent you. I actually like to use a collection of stuffed animals, each labeled with the name of the student whom they represent.
Please rest assured that you’ll receive a full Reiki attunement. Like I said, I do not use chi balls or time delays of any sort to send Reiki attunements.
It’s important to me that we connect as Reiki Teacher and student in a meaningful way as part of your Reiki training. And sharing the Reiki attunement with you in this way helps us to do that.

As a student of The Complete Reiki Training Program you’ll get access to a fully digital, online, multimedia course platform. You’ll be able to access this course 24/7/365.
The course will work on any system or device and is fully mobile-friendly.
However, I do want you to know that there are some longer written assignments that you may not wish to complete on your phone (of course, if you’re a great phone typer, then that’s fine).
Additionally, I strongly recommend that you download all of the course materials onto a computer so that you can continue to access them whenever you need them. These videos, mp3s, course manuals, and resources are a Reiki treasure trove and they’re yours to download and keep – forever.
A Timeline That Works for You
The Complete Reiki Training Program is divided into four individual Reiki Level courses:
- Reiki Level I
- Reiki Level II
- Reiki Level IIIa
- Reiki Level IIIb
When you enroll, you get access to all four courses. There are absolutely no separate charges for each level of Reiki – or for your certification in each individual level of Reiki and as a Reiki Master. Everything is included for one, all-inclusive price.
Now, completing each individual level of Reiki inside The Complete Reiki Traiing Program is a prerequisite for moving on to the next level of Reiki inside of that course.

You can schedule each of your attunements through a private link in the course membership area. You’ll receive thorough instructions on how to prepare for and what to expect from your attunement during the Reiki Level I course.
Certification That Gives You Authority
In order to become a Certified Reiki Master, you’ll need to complete some important things.
You’ll need to watch all of the course videos. And you may also want to read the course manuals to reinforce the information that you learned in the videos.
You’ll also need to receive all four Reiki attunements for the Master Course.
You’ll have to complete a quiz for each lesson, as well as four exams. You’ll also get to complete four assignments, in addition to twelve case studies, that are, once again, reviewed personally by me to make sure that you’re ready to become a Certified Reiki Master.
Once you’ve completed all of this, you’ll receive your Reiki Master certificate. And you’ll then be entitled to use the initials CRM after your name.
Along the way, you’ll also be certified separately as a Reiki Level I, II, and IIIa practitioner. So you’ll receive a total of four certifications by the time you graduate from The Complete Reiki Training Program.
These other certificates will be dated with the date that you finish the work for that individual course level. That way they’ll accurately show your Reiki training progression over time.
