Root Chakra (Muladhara)
Location: Base of spine
Color: Red
Element: Earth
Function: Grounding, stability, security
When balanced: You feel safe and secure
When imbalanced: You may feel fearful or lack confidence
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
Location: Lower abdomen
Color: Orange
Element: Water
Function: Creativity, sexuality, emotion
When balanced: You feel creative and in touch with your emotions
When imbalanced: You may lack passion or feel emotionally unstable
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

When imbalanced: You may feel powerless or have low self-esteem
Heart Chakra (Anahata)
Location: Center of chest
