There is so much information in this course and it is so well organized! I am not someone who learns things in a day or two of live training, as I need plenty of time to let the information integrate. I like that these trainings are self-paced so that each learner can pick and choose how much time is spent on each lesson. As a previously certified and practicing Reiki II Practitioner, I learned a lot of things that I actually did not know about Reiki. This may be a self-paced online course, but Tarin responds with kindness and respect to all questions in the FB group. I loved how everything was taught in great detail with explanation. Even though I took my own notes, it was extremely helpful to have all the downloads and videos that were provided. Also, I enjoyed the references for materials that I now often use and pass on. Thank you for this experience!
I really enjoyed that there were User Manuals that went along with the videos. Other courses I have taken did not have a User Manual. Q: Do I need to be a professional healer to join?
A: Nope! This is for anyone who holds space for others — whether in a session, a classroom, or a living room (or in a grocery line, at lunch, while kissing boo boos – pretty much anywhere and in any way us lightkeepers show up for others 💜).
Q: What if I don’t have time for another course?
A: Perfect. This isn’t a course. There are no modules, no lessons to keep up with, and nothing to “fall behind” on. Just healing support you can receive whenever you need it.
Q: What if I can’t make the quarterly live calls?
A: No worries at all. They’re optional and always recorded. Think of them as seasonal energetic tune-ups you can enjoy on your schedule.
Q: How long are the transmissions?
A: Most are between 20–45 minutes. I do recommend that you carve out some dedicated time to really sink into the healing transmissions to get the most out of them. But you can absolutely listen while resting or drifting off to sleep, too. And you can even have some extra listens to the ones that are free from spoken word while you work, make dinner or go for a walk – the more healing the better. Find the listening flow that works for you and your life!

Refund Policy Details
In addition to the terms explained above:
- No refunds will be given to those students who have been removed from the program for unethical, inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior or for violating the Facebook group rules.
- No refunds will be given to students who choose not to complete the refund policy stipulations.
- No refunds will be given to students who choose not to complete the certification program requirements.
- No refunds are offered due to technical issues. Our products are bug-free and we offer industry-standard streaming formats. Therefore, we have no technical issues. However, should you run into technical difficulties with accessing anything on your end, our Support team will be very happy to assist you until the problem is solved.
Payment Plan Details
- If you choose to take advantage of the payment plan, you can feel free to complete your coursework as quickly as you’d like, but you cannot receive your final certification until your final payment has been received by us.
- As long as you make your payments when they are due, you will continue to have access to all aspects of the Certified Reiki Practitioner Course or Certified Reiki Master Course.
- However, when a payment is not paid on time, your account status will be changed to “delinquent.” This means that you will be suspended from the course. Therefore, you will lose access to the course materials, the forum, and the Facebook group until your account is back in good standing. In order to get your account status back into “good standing,” you must make all overdue payments. Once you do that, you will regain access to all aspects of the course, including the course materials, the forum, and the Facebook group. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days after you make all overdue payments to restore your access to the course.
- In the event that one of your installment payments fail, we will electronically attempt to obtain your payment 3 times before placing your account into collections. Once in collections, any manual rebilling of your account will incur a $20 administrative charge per incident. If your account needs to be referred to collections, you will be fully responsible for the total sum due at that time plus 18% interest. Additionally, you will be responsible for any legal fees or expenses which may be incurred by us in our efforts to obtain your full payment.
