There’s a lot of hub-bub going on right now. A mix of emotions, good and not-so-good…
Your mind and spirit need something to hold onto right now to keep your vibration high. And the solution comes in the form of reading some positive, empowering literature.
Some might call it a “self-help” book. And it’s what your soul needs right now to keep you on track as we wind up the holiday season. It will keep those lovely, super-manifesting, positive thoughts going strong.
Some great choices for the task are:
Along the same lines, how you speak, including out loud to others and yourself and silently to yourself, is of the utmost importance right now.
Strong energy currents are afoot right now. So many people of this world are setting “resolutions” for the New Year. That means words and thoughts are getting an extra jolt of power right now.
So what you say and think is sooo important right now! That’s why it’s a great time to work with a gentle affirmation.
One that doesn’t make you feel challenged and like it’s a stretch. One that, instead, makes you feel cozy and supported. Find that balance between what feels true to you right now and what you want to continue to become.
For example, if you’re struggling with self-esteem, it might not be the best idea to pick an affirmation such as,
“I am amazing and whole just as I am. I am worthy of unconditional love.”
That might really trigger you – even if it is true! Your mind will start arguing with you and finding ways to remind you that it’s not true. And unfortunately, you’re going to ditch that affirmation in a day.
Instead, focus on something you can recognize about yourself – right now – and that doesn’t make you feel resistance.
“I love baking cookies for those I love. I easily welcome praise for me and my sweet treats, along with even more people to love, into my life!”
That’s going to be an easy and fun thing to focus on during this season!
As that starts to feel more and more comfortable, you can pick another bigger affirmation until you work your way all the way up to that original affirmation!
All of this work cultivating positivity is about to pay off in waves of abundance. Now, those waves of abundance will come in the form that is most meaningful for you. But they’re coming.
So your tip to help this process along is that whenever your thoughts dip into negativity and bad “what-ifs,” think about how far you’ve come in the last five years. Visualize, own, and tally up your incredible growth and success.
Then, think about where you want to be five years from now. Once again, visualize your new success.
Feel the ease of it all. See the best case scenario playing out. And feel how all the worries and concerns from today will be meaningless in five years’ time. Much the same way that the worries of five years ago no longer hold your attention.
Keep your mind and energy focused on what you DO want and it won’t have a choice but to come into your experience.
