How to Use Reiki and the Law of Attraction to Reach Your Goals - Part 1

Did you know that you can use Reiki and the Law of Attraction to help you to reach your goals? I’ll show you how to set the perfect goals and then add Reiki to the process, dissolving any blocks you have to success so that you can build your best life.

Use Reiki and the Law of Attraction to Reach Your Goals

All you have to do to experience success with this technique is to use it right here, right where you are, right now. I personally suggest working on a week by week basis, but you can choose what works best for you.

How much easier could that be?

Like I said, this process that I’m going to show you here utilizes the principle of the Law of Attraction coupled with Reiki.

In case you’re not familiar with it…

What Is the Law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction is the principle that the things, environments, circumstances, and relationships that fill your life are simply the end creation of the thoughts, feelings, and energy that you put out into the Universe.

If this feels a little confusing, maybe try thinking of it like this…

Imagine that there’s a Great Big Cosmic Restaurant and you place your order (by how you feel and think about yourself and your life).

This restaurant takes in your order (the energy that you’ve put out) and delivers back to you exactly what you’ve ordered (circumstances that match the type of thoughts, feelings, and energy that you have put out).

This Great Big Cosmic Restaurant doesn’t judge you. It’s not really concerned with whether you’re good or bad, or in doling out rewards or punishments. It simply receives your order in the form of energy and sends back to you the corresponding results.

The really good news here is that by changing the energy that you put out, you can change the quality of the things and environments and circumstances and relationships in your life. When it comes to the LOA like attracts like. So if you want positive things in your life, you’ve got to put out positive thoughts, words and feelings around these things that you want.

Makes sense, right? So…

The Two Step Process to Using Reiki and the Law of Attraction

First:

  • You’re going to use the principle and rules of the Law of Attraction to help you to set clear, well-structured goals in order to get what you want out of your week ahead (or any timeframe that works for you) while beginning to put energy into manifesting them.

Second:

  • You’re going to add extra, super-powered manifestation energy to the process with the help of Reiki.
  • Also, by using Reiki with this process, you are going to be clearing away any obstacles to your success.
  • Both of these Reiki benefits are going to greatly increase the speed and success of your results.

Are you ready?

So now it’s time to ask yourself, “What do I want, anyway?”

By changing the energy that you put out, you can change the quality of the things, environments, circumstances, and relationships in your life.

How to Set the Perfect Goals

Before you begin, you need to define your goals.

There are essentially four really easy steps to this process.

As I shared, you can you this process for any span of time, or for no particular time frame, not just on a weekly basis. So you could pick your goals for your day or your month using this process and then send Reiki to them. Or if you have some really big goals, you could use this process to frame them and then send Reiki to them.

Even if you’re working with bigger goals, it is really helpful to break them down into smaller, more manageable chunks, such as into daily, weekly or monthly goals. Then just follow this process through, continually doing it for new aspects and phases of the larger goal, until you’re where you want to be!

Step 1: Get Clear

Okay, take a second right now and close your eyes (assuming, of course, that it’s safe for you to do so, and if not, what are you doing reading this while driving, anyway?!?). Now think about your week ahead. What are some of the things that it would just tickle you pink to accomplish?

It’s really important here that you get clear about what it is that you want. Just saying, “I want to have a good week,” is a pretty vague, and quite frankly, a little ambiguous. “Good” happening can mean different things to different people. So be clear about exactly what it is that you want!

Step 2: Keep It Positive and Present

Do not in any way focus on what you don’t want to happen. That is not how the Law of Attraction works.

The Universe doesn’t register negatives when you are placing your order for what you want. So when you say “I don’t want my boss to be hard on me this week,” the Universe hears, “I don’t want my boss to be hard on me this week.”

Since that’s clearly not the outcome that you’re intending to order it’s really important that you phrase your desires in both the positive and the present tense. So, in this case, you would say, “My boss is kind to me, appreciative of my hard work and respects my boundaries this week.”

Here, you’re being clear about the things that you do want, instead of focusing on getting the opposite of what you don’t want. Plus, you’ve stated your desire in the present tense, as though it’s something that you already have.

This does two things:

First, it infuses your request with positivity, ownership and a belief in your ability to possess this thing.

Second, it takes your desire from out of being trapped in the future and anchors it in the present moment. You see, when you state the things that you want in future tense, such as “My boss will…,” it makes your request future-bound. This means you can only receive your desire when you get to the future. Since you can never actually get to the future, because you can only be in the present, stating your request like this always keeps the realization of what you want just out of reach. We don’t that so be sure to always keep your requests in the present tense.

Step 3: Let Go of The How

Also, when you’re picking your goals, don’t worry about the “how” of how your desire is going to come to fruition or manifest! When you add the energy of worry, and ultimately disbelief, to your request, you really slow things down, even potentially stopping the thing that you want from getting to you. We, as mere humans, can’t even begin to comprehend how the things that we desire can find their way to us. We can’t plan ahead for or orchestrate the cooperation of all the necessary people and circumstances required to get us what we want. So the best thing that we can do is to be very clear when we ask for what we want, give our request Reiki, and then let it go, knowing that it is finding its way to us in a manner we could have never imagined.

That being said, don’t set yourself up to achieve unreasonable or unhealthy things. It’s totally awesome to have big long-term goals. So if you want to lose weight, don’t set the goal to lose 50 pounds this week. Instead set a healthy goal to lose a pound, or better yet to throw out your scale and to engage in healthful activity three times this week and exchange your usual dessert for a serving of fruit. Or if you want to buy a house, but aren’t prepared, don’t set the goal to buy the new house this week. Instead, set the goal to go over your finances, even to make an appointment with a financial advisor, and to begin a savings plan. See the difference?

Each week and each moment holds so much potential for positive forward movement.  Every big goal is achieved by the accomplishment of many very small ones. And by choosing short-term goals that are accomplishable in the time frame that we are looking at, that are also pieces of our bigger long-term goals, we are setting ourselves up for real success and serving our future much more effectively.

Step 4: Leave the Window Open

There is an opposite side to the coin of choosing “reasonable goals” that we just looked at. Whatever goal you choose to set should have incorporated into it the statement or thought, “This or something better.”

You see, even when we’re trying to manifest good things into our lives, you’d be surprised how often we actually limit the good that can come to us by asking for too little. Being specific with what you are asking for and working to manifest is a very good thing.

But when you fail to put in the clause of “this or something better” after stating your intention or visualizing your desired outcome, you can end up stopping a better outcome than the one that you asked for from coming to you.

So maybe you are asking for a slightly bigger house, but the Universe would really like to give you a house that’s twice as big as your current home. But if you were very attached to what you had asked for and failed to leave the window open with a “this or better” clause, you might get the slightly bigger house, thinking your manifestation was a success, when in reality you could have had so much more.

That’s not to say that the slightly bigger house isn’t awesome or that you shouldn’t be grateful for it. But why prevent yourself from receiving an even better outcome than the one that you are able to imagine for yourself?

It’s really easy to amplify your manifestations, when all you have to do to receive something better than you could have imagined, is to leave the window open for the Universe to deliver the best possible outcome to you!

Great Goal Setting Practices Create Success

When you follow all of these steps, by choosing a clear, positive and present goal of the right size, not worrying about the how and leaving a window open for even better outcomes than you could have imagined, you are setting yourself up for true and lasting success.

Using this method, pick your top goals, for this week. If they are larger goals, I wouldn’t suggest picking more than three. If you have many smaller goals for your week ahead, it may be easier to break this process down and focus on daily goals, instead.

No matter which way you decide to go, whether supporting your goals on a weekly or a daily basis, the next step in this process is the same.

Next, it’s time to give Reiki to your goals, thereby removing blocks and obstacles and putting all sorts of extra manifestation energy behind them!
